Aylla Saho Wexler

Aylla Saho Wexler was born on 4/4/08, 6:49PM, 6 lbs. 13 oz. 20 inches, HEALTHY and BEAUTIFUL!!!

Because we had to wait for the Dr.'s arrival, I had to wait not to push the baby while she was ready to come out!

Josh, my mom, Debo (Josh's mom), and Mego (Josh's sister) were in the room with me all day for the baby's arrival. Josh and my mom were at my actual delivery moments! (Well, the hospital allowed only 2 family members' presence so they got to stay..............)

We went to the hospital at 6:00AM and it was THE long day for everyone. I was so glad that I got to be with loved ones while we all waited for the little princess' birth moment.

To make the long drama short, I got a bit sick and the baby had to be monitored right after the delivery. We finally got to be together, as a family, at 11:00AM next day......... We are all fine now and ready for a new journey together!!!

Josh was SUPER supportive during the whole delivery and I do thank him for being the best partner and Papa ever!!!

Guests are here!!!

Yes! My mom and bestfriend, Miki, are here! Due to the snow in Chicago, they could not make to Memphis yesterday and arrived one hour late in Memphis today! Whew!

With them not speaking much of English, I was SUPER worrying about the whole thing, but they came in town peacefully!!!

Well, my long journey will start from here!

Grandma from Japan!

YES! My mom is coming this Friday from Japan! For 2 months! We are SUPER excited to have her and that she will help me with my journey of a motherhood!

My best friend, Miki, is also coming to the U.S. for the first time and will be here for about 10 days. Hopefully, I will pop while she is here so she can experience being an "aunt".

My due date is exactly in 10 days (27th) and we are a bit anxious, but hopefully everything goes well. We just need to get our house ready for the little princess (and I know that it is taking A LOT of time for us!).

P.S. We have a bet going at my work and my own expected date is 25th and Josh is 28th. We will see what happens!

Now we can start introducing our family!
